Driver Settings not persisting during update #171

Hi, it's me again.

I made following observation: When I update from an older release to the latest release from this repo, some driver settings I changed like "sampling rate" as well as the "Device advanced settings" in Realtek Audio Console don't persist.

The only thing that persists is the name I gave the devices (called them "Headphones" and "Loudspeaker" in german). "Headphones" persists even when the device is not connected during driver update

I can't tell for sure if this driver package always behaved like that and if its intentional. Also I'm not sure if there's even a way to not overwrite or at least save those settings and reapply them afterwards.

Any help appreciated! Thank you for still providing updates to this project!

The only way to preserve settings is to install newer driver without uninstalling the old one. I wonder if uninstalling service and A[PO, then installing updated versions plus updating codec in place would be good enough to keep settings.
