Mesa 22.1.1: zink driver no longer work on intel vulkan driver version < 10th gen #105

The latest zink mesa driver which working fine on intel gpu is 22.0.3. would be nice if mesa 22.0.x also being provided, current latest is https://docs.mesa3d.org/relnotes/22.0.5.html

Please report upstream. See also zink documentation. There shouldn't have been any requirements changes according to documentation.
