If you used per app deployment re-run with same target folder and explicitly deny deployment for each Mesa driver/component.
I used "perappdeploy" only for sketchup folders. At least there are no problems with other applications, and so it was written during the installation process. Now I don’t know how to check if there is a problem in the GPU (in its non-load). That is, after deployment mesa in folder with program, the GPU should not be loaded at all?
GPU might still load even with Mesa if D3DD12 Mesa driver gets used. That driver uses GPU on capable graphics drivers.
I did everything exactly as in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=surKa7QFDBw That is, I need to run the deployment again and click "no" everywhere?

Yes.
I installed "release patсh" Mesa on SketchUp 2021 due to support problems with new drivers with the "old version" of the program. (I hate amd for this). Now the sketchup just broke down (neither reinstalling it, nor drivers help). I tried to delet this "patch" but I don't understand how. Help me plz or I'll have to start a hard reinstallation Win with a bunch of programs...
Edit: According to my assumptions, the sketchup started using the built-in floppy graphics from the processor and crashed
