Did you test this with 24.1.0? Does 24.1.0 MSVC build work on your system? Assuming you have no dGPU or eGPU your system cannot run d3d12 driver. Despite having d3d12 support your iGPU is limited to shader model 5.1. Also zink and llvmpipe shipped with breaking bugs in 24.1.0.
