I noticed mesa supports vulkan for intel braswell gen (e.g. intel hd 405) since 2016 already but mesa-dist-win still lacks this crucial part. And intel drivers for braswell on windows never received the Vulkan update unfortunately so it would be the perfect addition to this valueable project. Any chance it could be added ?

port libdrm or port it to windows kernel drivers first

the Vulkan-1.dll is also located inside the Runtime

this file do include Vulkan-1.dll both for 32-bit and x64 VulkanRT-1.3.216.0-Components.zip
