Add some consoles, add Community column #47

How about this?

For me, personally, the community column would have been a boon. I spent an hour sampling some of the different consoles to see which ones were actively in use, and most of the best info I found was whether or not they had active forums, twitter hashtags, discords, etc. It would have saved me a lot of time if that info was available up front.

PS: I just recovered the Tako80 manual from archive.org's copy of the old website and have put it in an Issue and a Pull Request on his repo.

I added 1Bit-Wonder and Nibble, but as a reservation didn't list the other two new and the column to keep it plain. Community existence and activity is important, but it often matters after someone is attracted by the first impression and want to dig out more, it's a nature lookup and clicking from the consoles' pages.

I also opened the wiki tab of this repo. I consider it a supplement aside for experimental or obsolete ones, and variant details of listed ones in the table.
