Staff Development: Customer Centricity Accelerators

Enabler Feature Description: Creation of Accelerators that accelerate delivery of value in a government software systems, new or legacy, but especially legacy. Initially focus on producing training/guidebooks, radar/assessments, example scenarios, questions, and supporting P&A company process.

Benefit Hypothesis: We expect that: all staff can be impactful within 30 days, will be achieved if our service delivery technologies and managers successfully achieve adding value in their first 30 days on a new project, using a "Staff Customer Centric Radar", Handbook, and corresponding company supporting process(es).

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Training/guidebooks
• [x] Radar/assessments (SCCT) - A self-assessment tool for staff to evaluate their level of providing customer value.
• [ ] Example scenarios (see Gartner advise notes)
• [ ] Questions to use with clients (see Gartner advise notes)
• [ ] Supporting P&A company processes
• [ ] All staff enabled to be impactful within 30 days of onboarding or starting on a new team

Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs):

Develop a "Radar" akin to the SAFe DevOps Radar that will allow each person to evaluate themselves. The Radar would be focused on enabling a Software Development contractor staff person, working in the VA. Do research on those who are the best and those who would most benefit from this. Those who score high, are people who can the most impact in the shortest period of time.
