Pathogen layer visualisation does not refresh on "reset" #11

Expected behaviour: upon hitting reset, the pathogen layer goes back to the initial seed. Currently, it appears to remain in place.

As of commit 650f0885b4a2887b529273190e9f7a65de4b1991 resetting the simulation also resets the pathogens layer
