TREvoSim is over generating characters when strip uninformative is selected #2

When strip uninformative chatracters is selected, TREvoSIm will over generate characters due to a change in how the matrix is printed - this started occurring with the release ov v2.0.0

Bug fixed with abiove commit, and tested. Need to do a new release (2.0.1) to reflect this
