What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I have <PTYPE name="PNETMASK" method="unsignedInteger" pattern="0..32" 
help="PNETMASK[0..32]"/>

2. in clish i can enter: numbers from 0 to 32, and "-" symbol

3. I don't understand why...
