Passwords can be added without a website #1

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to about:addons.
  2. Click Easy Passwords icon.
  3. Enter master password if necessary.

Expected results: Adding passwords not possible until a real website is set.

Actual results: Passwords can be added and will be associated with a website called "???".
