Filling in user name (without password field) doesn't work if no form present #111

This is the issue on bluejeans.com - even if we focus the user name field, it doesn't belong to a form. As an additional complication, the button here isn't a submit button. If we cannot recognize the button, then maybe we could at least fill in the user name without clicking that button.

Sadly, this doesn't quite fix the main bluejeans.com site - in addition to all the other issues, filling in happens within a frame here. However, things work if this frame is opened directly. So I hope that it will help us with other websites.
