Now that notes no longer need to be decrypted separately we show them on the All Passwords page, not merely some indicator that notes exist. Some people might not want to print the notes for their paper backup. So showing notes should be optional.
We probably want two checkboxes on that page:
Show password notes
Show passwords
If "Show password notes" is unchecked we should revert to the previous behavior, merely indicating that notes exist. We should also remember the state of that checkbox ("Show passwords" on the other hand should always be unchecked when opening the page).
