remove PDF files in favor of org-wide bot #65

there is now an organization-wide bot that will check for CLAs being signed and comment on PRs.

no longer need the PDF files in the repository

This is great... although the CONTRIBUTING.md file still refers to the old PDFs and doesn't seem to show how to follow the new process. How do I go about submitting a PR under the new process?

  1. will remove the PDF references
  2. you should just be able to contribute a new PR, and the bot will comment on the PR and give information
