Wordpress Localization Support #325

Feature Request from https://github.com/palasthotel/grid-wordpress/issues/2 - currently the wordpress version of grid is only partially localizable (and the new core editor classes don't support i18n as well) so we have to work on 18n for core, drupal and wordpress.

Would be a good idea to have a plan for that when refactoring the frontend. Grid power day!
