Todos:

[ ] Fill in TODO notes
[ ] NGINX: Copy default setups from production
[ ] NGINX: map services to domains, see nginx/monitoring-todo.yml
[ ] certbot setup
[ ] correct basic Auth between all components
[ ] Correct prometheus scraping config
[ ] Add Alertmanager incidents
[ ] Add Alertmanager SMTP
[ ] Runs through successfully

ON PRODUCTION / STAGING:

Install node_exporter and maybe nginx_exporter (and configure here)
