Move HA integration to a standalone repository #100

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, Home Assistant integration for e-Connect is a standalone PR in a repository fork (https://github.com/palazzem/core/pull/1). This is not ideal as it's hard to keep track of version tracking in a fork of a main project. Furthermore, we can't enforce some coding guidelines that I share with all projects.

Describe the solution you'd like

Move the integration in a standalone repository with its own versioning.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Keeping the integration as a standalone PR, even though there is no intention to land it in the official repository right now. We need more users and more feedback before releasing an official 1.0.0.
