Overview

The AlertingClient must have a proper documentation so that can be used externally from this project. The documentation can be exported to Read the Docs.

This task is a long running task. Instead of splitting the component and use it as a standalone library, we can keep the project together but clearly modularized.

We can then split the project after it goes on production.
