Support IESS Metronet system #25

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Users are reporting that Elmo e-Connect system is the same as IESS Metronet system (it looks like Elmo is a parent company). Given that, this library can support both systems if the base_url is changed.

Provide a way to support both systems.
