I know Optifine is a conflict machine but I figured I would post this here.
The mods play nice in the overworld and, as far as I know, various modded dimensions. When I try to enter the nether, however, the screen flashes between white and the dirt loading screen VERY VERY quickly- to the point I'd be worried about epileptic players.
I was able to repeat the issues with just these two mods installed every time I entered the nether or loaded a game in the nether.
I completely understand if this isn't fixable, but I wasn't able to find a warning about it on your mod page. Like I said, the flashing is intense and if someone is susceptible to that it could be fatal.
