The website has crashed. The navigator webpage doesnt work anymore. #32

This appears to be a firewall issue with our hosting provider, the UW-Madison Campus Computing Infrastructure. The website is still up, but is not accessible from the outside world. I have opened a ticket with them, and will get connectivity restored as soon as possible.
