Country code field blank for Kazakhstan collections #49

Collections from the country of Kazakhstan have blank values in the cc field. Possibly related to the fact that the country was previously misspelled (as Kazakstan) in the drop-down (and is still misspelled in the fossilworks download form), but even newer collections from the country have blank country codes in API output.

The bug was caused by the table mapping country names to codes still having the old bad value 'Kazakstan'. I just updated the table, so the nightly table rebuild will cause the proper KZ code to be entered for all collections in Kazakhstan. I will close the issue once I have verified that this has happened.
