Diversity plots should always show Epoch in addition to any other lower level time interval, if only to offer some standardization to our interfaces. #102

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Show Period where?

I think I meant Epoch, not period. When you look at a diversity curve in the Cenozoic you see only Periods and Epochs would be much more helpful. My mistake.
