Reorganization of PBDB search #101

Move the “Populate all fields” button above the search results. Even after a bit of time playing with it, Ellen was still hitting the reference without having selected that and then having to bring up the screen all over again. No preference where “Cancel” goes.

Even if we don't end up putting the populate all fields button at the top of the results, specifically, I think the general feedback here that it is easy to miss the populate all fields checkbox is extremely valid and has been brought up multiple times.

I'd still like this, as I routinely mess this up even after lots of PBot use.
