Standardized style and formatting for search results pages #136

This is an obvious major feature requirement of the platform, which we were previously sort of short-hand describing as "export" and catching under issue #83, but it is technically a separate thing so I have made a new overarching issue for this.

I think we may still track the progress of formatting specific pages in individual pages (e.g., #129, but I think an overarching issue to track the meta progress of the results pages is useful.
