Collection Name #146

PBDB has an 80 character limit for collection names. Can we enforce this in PBot as well?

Can we bring this up to Mark as something for THEM to change?

I do not think we need to do anything other than recommend fewer than 80 characters for PBDB compliance, which we have already done in our educational materials.
