Add definitions to Character Instances #155

Character and state definitions should be added to the Character Instances selection dropdown menus prior to Hack-A-Thon. We have early career users in attendance and more generally we will need this going forward.

This includes in the Create Character Instance window since that is where folks should see the state options with associated definitions.

This will have to be handled later as part of the broader issue with tooltips/help, related to #135

Marking this a version 2.0 for now. For now, people will have to pull up the full schema to find definitions and images. I will make an issue about uploading schema PDFs to the resources page.
