Able to save description without assigning any specimens #156

I was able to save a description without assigning any specimens even though specimens are in the required section of the data entry box. Please see the description named, "Claire's test for saving description without specimen."

I labeled as high priority for HackAThon since it's a quick fix, but Doug and Andrew update if you feel otherwise.
