Change Taxa (OTU) "Name" to "Taxon name" #196

This is for the workbench toolbar. Our current text is the plural form which is incorrect (my bad). Should be one of the following: -Taxon (OTU) -OTU (acronym or full written out - the later would be more user friendly initially, but long)
