Color code Explore vs Workbench top bar #205

Explore keeps the Green aesthetic

Workbench gets a pleasing shade of gold/yellow.

Easily helps people know what side they are on :)

I just realized our interface top bar is grey. Maybe grey vs green. or something. everything grey except the top bar?

Explore = grey bar Workbench = light green bar

This is in paleobot/pbot-client@b7e18fd3f7e61c8d27920810c815281829dd6254

on master and deployed to stage (prod).

Limit green to Workbench only, not intro screen.
