Put PDF files on the How To Use page & add links in forms #236

Put the revised cheat sheets into the resources page of PBot, and make links in the forms that take you to the cheat sheets for data entry for that form.

The links could just open a tab or pop up with the info in the browser, not necessarily to a pdf download. In-browser entry instructions may be more slick.
