Allow quotes in OTU Names #273

This is really important, as we put quotes around genus names that have been published but we now think are not correct (in other words, that the fossil OTU does not actually belong to that modern genus.

This is fixed in paleobot/pbot-api@dd331f7c7d1b0859437b151ad5f0ac3a38e9f8b5

merged to master, deployed to dev and stage
