Add "finalized" fields to all nodes in database

• Finalize number of character types (character, sub, subsub...)
• Rework master workflow from top to bottom entry of OTU. Use next button to connect individually complete units of data entry. Add validation button to confirm required fields complete and warn for unsaved data.

Sounds good. I believe that all of our fields lists are now finalized and in a more easily digestible form for Doug.

As far as the provisional reference: we did not include a tag for this in our list- I'd totally forgotten about this. If we can have that, it would be a great feature. Otherwise, we talked about asking people to write "TBD" under the publisher and then this makes it easy to see what is provisional and what is not.
