V 1.1 Make hitting return work as submit for all action types (add, edit, delete)

When adding states or characters, hitting return is like hitting submit. However when editing you have to click submit, hitting return doesn’t work.

Return as submit appears to be working for all modes (create/edit/delete). Perhaps this was fixed as a side-effect of other client changes.
