List of small form fixes - e.g., fixing typos, moving existing stuff around

• [ ] in Workbench -> Specimen form there is a field named PBDB CID and PBDB OCCID. Remove this as this information is captured elsewhere.
• [ ] in Workbench -> Specimen move the Collection select box to the TOP of the form. Make it a SEARCH style field instead of a dropdown
• [ ] in Workbench -> Specimen the Described_By and idgbio_id should be move to an OPTIONAL accordion. Renamed described by to description.
• [ ] in New persons in Workbench -> Person should default to PUBLIC
• [ ] Middle initial field/property needs to be added to Person nodes
• [ ] Default all accordions to minimised except top-level required accordion.
• [ ] In Workbench -> Collection Move PBDB ID field to TOP, move collection type to bottom (but still required)

This is more or less superseded by the ongoing revisions associated with #71, so there is no point keeping this as a separate issue.
