Geographic validation checks #95

We can confirm whether or not an entered lat/lng is correct by comparing it to the country code information provided. This would be a totally separate ex-databases resolver. It is a cool idea, but honestly given the amount of stuff we have on our plate I would put this at extremely low priority.

As an alternative to a check, maybe we just display a little inset leaflet map.
