Any navigation must be coordinated by pbot-client and must use relative paths #5

Anytime you want to add navigation to the static content (for instance, the sub-pages under HowTo), open an issue in pbot-client to add path mappings for the new page(s).

Also, all links must use relative path (for instance, just use [Register.md] rather than [https://github.../Register.md]). This should allow Github to find it for presentation here, while also allowing the client to map the path without trying to go to Github.

I've updated the links in HowTo/LandingPage.md in 212c848df80db20eff03c953b044977cc5f448d3 1392fccfdbccf8bdfbf10c0300dcede4a5e46a7e

running on dev and prod

I've also added path logic in the client for those pages (paleobot/pbot-client#38)
