The feature labeled "Peña Boulevard" in Denver comes through the download as "PeÃ±a Boulevard".

This plugin just loads images! If it's like that on Open Street Map, that's the way it will show up in QOSM...

Sorry - wrong plugin... can't figure out which OSM plugin is which in QGIS...
