Expanded bbt_call_json_rpc call to try specified and empty library ID #8

I edited bbt_call_json_rpc to include the changes in #6. I did not add the bbt_get_library_id included in #6. Specifying libraryID seems like a new feature request and not necessary to fix this specific problem.
