Change parameters to only get LOA record for EE 2549 and Staffops #4

In the config of the packaged integration, need to set the date for selecting only the LOA record(s) effective on the configured date; otherwise, the integration will give an error, because EE 2549 has a snapshot date of 2019-01-01 (when the employee is first hired), but there is no job records valid on 2019-01-01.

[ ] See which parameter is relevant for setting an effective date for selecting records and document it here. ECWF_LAST_MODIFIED_ON
[ ] See which date is relevant for the LOA records of the employee 2549 and document it here.
[ ] Set the parameter to that effective date.

Since Connie is using employee Staffops, then this issue can be ignored. This is because there are no gaps in the job records from the snapshot date, which is the start date of the employee's personal information record.

For information the config is shown in this screen shot.
