Explain the project here. What is the goal of the project. Lay out the steps to get to that goal. What help do you need to get tot his goal? (Housing, Funding, Developers...) What makes you the best person to complete this project? Is this a full time or part time project?

Would likely be ~80% similar to the existing Policy Proposal one. Perhaps a couple additional fields or modifications.

Another template would be "Palestra Improvement Proposal". Specifically for the improvement of Palestra commercial code or design
