Among other things (like Python 3.7), the archive.today domain now redirects to archive.fo

Coverage remained the same at 56.923% when pulling 76d24d19d6c6d06d8aa0ad5a189ffda30a41eba6 on adbar:master into 1268066c0e4ef1b82a32a5fafd2e136113e63576 on pastpages:master.

I checked the availability of archive.fo from several locations (e.g. with https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime and https://www.site24x7.com/check-website-availability.html), it really seems to work from anywhere (apart from China). Do you still have have connection issues with this domain?

This is fine with me, though I think might be pedantic and prefer using the default Travis Python installs over a tox test. I'll fiddle with it.
