In cases like that, I've been going with the Firmage version. This was a recommendation made by the professional Cummings scholars I consulted, who argued that it is a restoration of the author's original intent.

Ah, in that case I'll have to make some small spacing changes to this one. I'll try to figure out a relatively on obtrusive way to do that with git/Github...
I tried to make those tweaks myself, looking at my Firmage edition, but another set of eyes will likely find something I got wrong.
I made a new PR, #172, with what I see as the Firmage spacing. Your call!

I'll note here that some of spacing in the first edition scan on archive.org appears to be different in the Firmage's E.E. Cummings Complete Poems 1904-1962, which I used as a source when keypunching older poems.

Figuring that we're favoring the scan of the first edition, I tried to keypunch the spacing to that edition when there was a discrepancy. But I did think it was of note.
