Looks like we have bootstrap.js, jquery and datatables installed but I can't see where they're being used. If not, I'm gonna gut the asset directory and make it a little more sensible. cc @palewire

The only place I think this stuff is being used is the pagination, which is busted in a bunch of places around the site. See #69. So I'd say go ahead and get the machete out, but if you're in there maybe take a look at those problems too.
