Updated test #17

This commit removes a test that was failing because SPN API now returns distinct URLs. Perhaps this change came about when the SPN service was substantially updated last October?

Is the SPN API no longer returning cached URLs to some requests?

Thanks for this. The tests were simplified for other reasons so this line is gone.
