What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mails are sending but no receipts are being received. The Receipts button on 
the install page is turned on.

What version of the product are you using?
0.8

Hello, I'm hoping that the receipts aren't being sent b/c of the other bug that 
you filed. When we have more information on that bug we can act on this  :-)
