I think it would be really handy if the app got the possibility of making tasks 
a child of another task (or creating groups for different kinds of tasks). For 
example:

Homework: Maths
          Chemistry
          Physics
Work: Webdesign
      Gaming
      Programming

In this example you could create multiple tasks, but in the bar chart they 
would be shown as "Homework" or "Work" in stead of Maths, Chemistry,Gaming 
etc...

I agree as well. Being able to create child tasks would make it easier to plan 
larger tasks by allowing users to break them up into simpler ones.
