pie chart won't disable #606

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. choose settings
2. unclick item that says to display pie chart
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think the chart should disappear. It's still there

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.9
