c# conversion in pipeline? #15

Hi, how about the c# version fo the same? Is it in pipeline or already available?

There is a sample at https://github.com/tompaana/intermediator-bot-sample that has similar functionality but the logic is a bit different from this project. Looking into developing an equivalent C# sample but it isn't available right now.
