Not able to play shows from past #67

I have NP+ package, but I'm able to play TV shows at most 24 hours old.

Expected Behavior

Play TV shows up to 7 days back.

Current Behavior

Here are some examples of problems:

Shows/movies are displayed correctly in EPG, but only „Switch“ option is visible.

Context

Caching of EPG in local database or not gives similar results.

I can't say much only from the error messages. Please, enable debug logging to get further.

Playing 1 week back worked perfectly since last reboot, but today I had to reboot the box and I'm not able to play anything before the restart.

This means, that the addon doesn't have data for nova's EPG event starting at 2020-08-17 23:15:00 CEST. Based on the debug logs plugin did get the EPG data for time-span of 4 days with the begin of this day (2020-08-19 00:00 ~ 2020-08-23 00:00):

Based on previous Kodi has information about EPG events which the addon never reported (in this run).

What are your settings of settings-> PVR & Live TV -> Guide -> Past days to display & Future days to display? How do you control the "Caching of EPG in local database or not gives similar results"?
